Job Requirements • Possess professional qualification with minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science majoring in Security or Network or Computer System. • Over 10 years of professional working experience in Financial Services Industry (FSI) and IT Security role. • Over 10 years of professional working experience in enterprise security program at various stages of the program execution or project implementation. Proficient in: • Security Architecture and Engineering • Security frameworks and standard • Next generation and advanced enterprise security technologies • Enterprise–level IT infrastructure and system • Subject-matter-expert in at least of two of the following domains:  Network Security  System Security  Infrastructure Security  Application Security  Cloud Security Competencies Required • Good understanding in various security concepts, such as access control, operational security, etc. Experience of working within accreditation frameworks to ensure system security solutions meet regulatory and statutory security requirements. • Working knowledge of large-scale or enterprise level system security solutions including architecture design, implementation and security risks. Experience in writing technical specifications and operational documentation. • Experienced, energetic, engaging and visionary leader with sound knowledge of business management and a working knowledge of information security technologies to support enterprise mission. • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish positive working relationships and influence and persuade at all levels. • Excellent planning and organisational skills and able to prioritise and deliver results within agreed timelines, and cope with fluctuations in workload. • Experience of defining and reporting progress against targets, providing highlights as necessary and taking actions to resolve exceptions. • Able to think analytically, with systematic and logical approach to solve complex problems, and high attention to detail under stress and time pressure. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities • Drive and provide technical leadership for delivery of enterprise security architecture program and security blueprint on emerging technologies and security solutions. • Provide advisory to senior level technology and business stakeholders on secured by design solutions for complex cross functional technology projects. • Operate as a transformation agent to upgrade and enhance Business-As-Usual (BAU) process in security engineering, operation and governance with technical innovations and improvements. • Participate in Cyber Defense Capabilities Program and Zero Trust Program as architectural subject-matter-expert to collaborate with internal and external engineers, analysts and other key stakeholders on the architectural principles, engineering requirements, secured design, implementation and BAU transition of security solutions. • Participate in evaluation and selection of new approaches, methods, next- generation security technologies and security modules in enterprise solutions, conduct research and provide documented and evaluated architectural options to meet security requirements. • Participate in business transformation program as security chapter member to determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements, conduct gap analysis and risk assessments, and consult stakeholders on required security controls. • Liaise with various business units to understand their requirements, challenges and risks, and provide security architecture design review and advisory on initiatives to further improve the security posture. • Builds strong relationships and communication channel with key internal stakeholders to ensure that all relevant areas of the business are represented in the design of solutions within the area of IT Security responsibility. • Create technical security standards, secure design patterns and security reference architecture to further improve the Bank’s security posture as the threat landscape expands overtime. • Maintain consistent relationship and operation engagement with Security solution principals, distributors, vendors, and partner for latest security technology updates and cyber security trend.
